Good morning all. I noticed that in the current version of the Solus Agent Notifier (3.12.50.2), if I click on Applications and Check for update, I don't get the option to reinstall SIMS or FMS any more. I get 'There are no suitable workstation updates compatible with the current database version 3.63.850.0 (agent target id 2355).

Just wanted to see if this is happening to anyone else on this version or if it's just me.

Cheers.

It's an issue we've come across too. The solution is here, and involves running a check for updates from capita in solus. Worked for us, but needed to be rerun a few times when we came across other workstations with the problem. It's also worth checking for updates further back than the default -there's a drop down that does that. Edited by Chockster

Cheers for the help. Typically there are no updates at present, we are on the latest one and seems it was downloaded last month, though the MSI is dated the 19th of January 2021. So I guess I just wait.

This process just validates the previous updates on the server, allowing you to check for updates from the workstation. It may also be worth reinstalling the agent too, but it shouldn't need to find any new updates for the problem to be fixed.

Edit: the check for updates has to be made from the settings page rather than the upgrades tab:
