Error trying to deploy a sims patch

Hi,

 

When I am trying to deploy a patch, error says "The following updates have missing files SIMS Autumn 2020 - Consolidated Workstation Patch 3 - Attendance Subcodes

The system can download these for you but the update will need to be deployed again manually.

Would you like to continue?

 

I have tried redownloading the path and stopping and starting the deployment service, still got the same error.

 

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Can’t this patch be deployed manually by going in to sims and import? During patch installation is your sims database online in solus 3?

Yes it is definitely online. I could see when I extracted it that there were 3 patches , I could run a dbupgrade for these.

The other files looked like they sat in the skms.net folder, would I just copy them across. Thank you

I have applied a sims patch which is not working in solus 3 by logging in to sims.net and going to:

 

Tools\Setups\Import Filesets\browse to the downloaded patch and then click apply.
