Yes it is definitely online. I could see when I extracted it that there were 3 patches , I could run a dbupgrade for these. The other files looked like they sat in the skms.net folder, would I just copy them across. Thank you

Hi, When I am trying to deploy a patch, error says "The following updates have missing files SIMS Autumn 2020 - Consolidated Workstation Patch 3 - Attendance Subcodes The system can download these for you but the update will need to be deployed again manually. Would you like to continue? I have tried redownloading the path and stopping and starting the deployment service, still got the same error. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thank you

I have moved SIMS and SOLUS 3 to a new server, migrated the SOLUS 3 database, but none of the clients are being redirected to the new SOLUS 3 server. I have logged onto a few machines and altered the agent so it points to the new server but do not want to have to do this to over 200 clients if possible. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can check? Thank you
