Can't sync to Google account

Hello,

 

I'm not sure whether anyone else has had issues with syncing to a Google Account.

 

At the school the children login to the computer as their own individual account (Level 3), when they login to Chrome for Google Classroom etc they keep getting "Can't sync username@domain" I have tried to login as a child and adult Google account and get the same issue. Yet it works in incognito, children have the same settings as the adults from the server for Google Chrome.

 

When I login to the computer as an adult account (Level 4) I am able to login to Google as both a child and adult Google Account. I have checked the GPO's but can't see anything obvious.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
