[Facility] In Option Bands, "Examine fit of students" button not working

As above. I'm pretty sure I had this issue last year (the last time I had to use Facility!) but for the life of me I can't remember the solution and it's not in my old posts. We have Progresso and use Facility Admin to process the students' GCSE option choices. From the Visual Control Path (under Option Bands) I click "Examine fit of students" and nothing happens, other than the Visual Control Path window losing focus. For some reason it worked for a few minutes earlier today, but has now gone again. I've tried ALT-TAB, escape, hunting around for a tiny window, removing my second monitor, but I'm stuck.

Well, it's back. For the record, I tried:

 

• Press Alt+SPACE to bring up the system menu (you won't see it because it is off screen)
  
• Press R to select the "Restore" menu choice to ensure the windows isn't maximized (you cannot move it if it is maximized)
  
• Press Alt+SPACE again, then M to select the "Move" menu choice.
  
• Press one of the arrow keys to initiate the movement.
  
• Now just use the mouse to place the window where you want.
  

 

and it worked.
