tiny horizontal lines on mac

Morning. A colleague is getting tiny horizontal lines on her mac but only when she goes on Microsoft remote desktop to get onto our school server. The photo will describe it better. Any ideas what this could be. No one else at school is having the same issue and she says her internet is strong at home. She doesn't see them on her mac at any other time.

Classic graphical memory issue - should be able to verify with a mac version of memtest. Likely only happens in RDP as it will use more graphics RAM than the desktop

Agreed. Get her to fire up Team Fortress 2 on it - I bet it'll glitch then!
