Setup school for PC's app not working properly

I am trying to use Set up School for PC's app. When using the app I am not able to use my Microsoft account, but I am able to use other Admin's account, but what is odd...is I try it once it doesn't work, after trying to connect multiple times it works. I have the following items selected:

 

• Windows 10 version 1909
  
• Allow local storage (not recommended for shared devices)
  
• Optimize device for single student
  
• Configure preferred Azure Directory Domain Name
  
• Remove apps pre-installed by the device manufacturer
  

 

I am able to put in the correct domain, and I check the box for Microsoft office under the apps for Microsoft.

 

Everything seems to work fine but when I go to install windows from the USB...it freezes at 47%. I have left this for 24 hours and over a long weekend. When I am forced to restart it is almost my computer is bricked and I need to return it to a OOBE-(Out Of Box Experience)

 

I am not sure if I am doing anything wrong, or what is happening? I also don't get prompted for the Admin password when using the app.

 

When I don't tie it to a Microsoft account it seems to work correctly, but we don't have it connected to Azure. Except I still don't know the Admin password, and it allows a guest mode-(which we do not want).

 

Anyways sorry for the long post, and hopefully I am able to figure this out with some help.
