Koldov Posted March 1, 2021 Posted March 1, 2021 As the title suggests... I'm looking for a way to find out the actual order status of DfE provided devices. Can't find anything on the actual DfE page and Google (or at least my Google-fu) isn't being much help... Ordered last Monday by the Business Manager (who thankfully this time double checked our Apple Organisation ID with me unlike last time), but nothing has appeared in our ASM and I haven't received any 'Devices Available' email. The BM did say he had received an order confirmation email, however I can't seem to find anywhere to check this on the 'GOV.UK Get help with technology' site....
Koldov Posted March 1, 2021 Author Posted March 1, 2021 Obviously being a little impatient! iPads have just arrived this morning... Anyone know how long is it usually between delivery and their appearance in ASM? Dealing with this all remotely so feeling a little anxious!
