Org wide O365 apps language change

Hi all,

 

Seems O365 apps like Word Excel etc default to en-us and users get a pop up saying it can't changed, contact the admin etc, can this be changed org wide for those homed in O365?

I did this once it took a big PowerShell script using PnP PowerShell Overview | Microsoft Docs .

It took a lot of testing. I also set the timezone for mailboxes due to people calendars being set to US time.
