unable to create users via user import tool

Hello everyone.

 

I’m trying to import users to the AD via Solar Winds user import tool. It worked perfectly before on another server but on this server when I click create users it gives me the following error: 2021-02-19 11:07:35,364 [6] ERROR UserImportTool.Logger - Failed to create user:blaka184[system.DirectoryServices.DirectoryServicesCOMException (0x8007202B): A referral was returned from the server.

 

Anyone know what the issue could be?
