DFE iPads - Not showing in ASM

We got a batch of iPads from the DFE last month and I used the Computacenter Reseller ID to get these into ASM - COMPUTACENTER (UK) LTD (892F050). I've just received a second batch of iPads, however these have not appeared in our ASM despite putting our ASM Organisation ID into the order. I tried also adding a reseller ID from another thread, XMA LIMITED (354BF80) but this didn't help.

 

Is there anything that I am missing or will I need to raise a ticket and wait 5 days for them to get back to me?

Your need to contact the reseller, XMA/Computacenter only they can request that these devices are enrolled in ASM
