Teams Assignments

I am looking at a way of copying teams assignment into a central store.

 

We can't mark in place as this would be for exam assessment, and we would not in this case want to give immediate feedback.

 

Ideally we would set up a team for the whole year group but you can't set assignments with more than 200 in a team...

 

So ideally we want to create a way to copy an assignment, and "post" all the responses to a central OneDrive folder for assessment and moderation.

 

Has anyone got any ideas?

No idea if there is an easier way than to build the whole app yourself, but in case there isn't and that is what you have in mind:

 

Assessments can be accessed via graph api.

 

Attachments are stored in the "Student Work" Document Library of the Team's SharePoint Site.

You could probably put something together with a power automate/flow trigger. There’s even a sharepoint one for capturing file/object creation in a sharepoint library (which ultimately is what Teams files store really is).
