IT Technician

 

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

 

Location:

Burnt Mill Academy, with frequent travel to Harlow and Epping schools

Band 3, Point 6 – 17 (£20,324 - £25,117 per annum Inc. outer fringe allowance)

Full Time, Permanent

 

An opportunity has arisen for a well-organised individual, with experience of providing 1^st line helpdesk support, to join the Trust’s IT service.

 

The successful candidate will have experience of providing PC and tablet support, project work and basic troubleshooting. An understanding of AD, O365, network topologies, monitoring tools and cybersecurity is desirable, as is demonstrable experience in dealing with a wide range of users and providing support to team members. The role provides for a high degree of autonomy, so candidates must be able to adopt a logical and resilient approach to their own workload and to solving problems.
