Dead Smart UPS

I've taken APC Smart 1500 UPS out of storage and it appears completely dead. No power lights, no nothing. Is there anyway to test what might be wrong?

it should still run with no batteries in so remove the batteries and power it up (check fuses as well)

 

if it runs with batteries out then the batteries are your problem

Does the UPS have a fuse apart from what's in the power lead as I can't see any?

If it is in Storage I would chuck the battery on an Optimate and see if that can bring the battery back to life

I think there's a resettable circuit breaker on the back - small round button.

Check everything now and it's still dead. Time for a new UPS I think.
