Colwyn Technology (part of Flywheel IT Services Ltd) are looking for a talented and motivated individual who has a real flair for technology and thrives on providing exemplary customer service to join a Secondary School in Hounslow as their IT Engineer on a full-time basis.

The IT Engineer is responsible for supporting the IT services of the school with a particular emphasis on customer service.

[h=1]Key accountabilities[/h]· Ownership and initiative. Take ownership of problems and proactively resolve incidents or changes allocated by the Service Manager.

· Service focus. Maintain focus on the whole life of service delivery: from the first touch point to the closure of the incident.

· Team. Supporting the team to build a culture of continuous improvement.

[h=1]Key challenges[/h]· Maintain a close view of service incidents, their impacts on BAU activities.

· Accurately document and record IT services to support our the remote and local team.

· Be responsive to requests for support whilst delivering against agreed SLA’s and objectives.
