tri_94 Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 Hi there Having an issues with cancelled meeting still be accessibly for the students and showing in calendar. They are still able to join if a lobby hasn't been put in place. It seems when a meeting is cancelled you can no longer set the meeting options Any ideas? Thanks
robyholmes Posted January 25, 2021 Posted January 25, 2021 Yep, a deleted / cancelled meeting can still be joined with the link. We had this issue and we reported it to Microsoft but they said it wasn't a support issue.
tri_94 Posted January 25, 2021 Author Posted January 25, 2021 Did you find any way round it? What did you do? I was wondering if it is possible to delete the meeting from the calendar via powershell Thanks

I was wondering if it is possible to delete the meeting from the calendar via powershell Thanks It didn't matter to us at the time but yes I believe Microsoft can provide you with a powershell command to do that. However if they've already taken a copy of the link there isn't anything you can do. Other than complain to Microsoft.
tri_94 Posted January 25, 2021 Author Posted January 25, 2021 Its just another problem with enterprise software being used for education. When I looked it appears that the PowerShell would remove all calendar meeting and not just the cancelled ones.
