Teams Recording - Random Issue

Hi,

 

One of our primary schools are pre-recording there Teams meetings and then sharing with the students via Class Dojo. Upon recording the meetings it saves into the channel fine, but when the teachers download the video it's all jittery and can't watch it back as the quality is really poor.

 

Has anyone else had any issues or any recommendations to change?

 

At first, I thought maybe there internet is getting throttled whilst everyone is doing their recordings, but I've tested it during a meeting and they're getting 100mbs full speed.
