[sims] Adding Timetable to Linked Docs

Is there an easy way to add all students' timetables to their linked documents? We want to email them out to parents using PS-Connect, which can pick up linked docs.

 

Only way I can think is to create a report to pull out the info for each period and then re-import via assessment and generate as an individual report. There must be an easier way?
