O365 - Forwarding all emails sent to any account from a certain email address

Morning all,

Is it possible to configure O365 so if a certain external email address emails anyone at our domain it automatically redirects the email into a mailbox of my choice?

I've previously setup email redirect rules for individual users on our domain for this address but now the school wants a blanket redirect to stop that person emailing anyone on the domain and the message then go into a mailbox that I've setup specifically to take their messages.

Thanks

Dan

Look at Mail Flow rules in Exchange Admin centre, that should do what you want.

Thank you, Just looking into it.

So for example, say I want to redirect any email received from [email protected] that is sent to any user on our domain (ourdomain.com) could I setup the rule like this?

Apply this rule if : The Sender address includes - set to [email protected]

Do the foillowing : Redirect the message to: set to mailbox I want it to go to?

I can't see an option just to say if an email is received from a specific external email address, redirect to this mail box.

Therefore I'm wondering if the above will work or whether it would redirect all emails from @external.com domain for example?

Thanks
