Shared iPads - Insufficient Storage

Hi - we run a Shared iPad system using Apple Schools Manager and Meraki and for most of the time this works well.

 

However, we constantly get hit with the Insufficient Storage error message when someone new tries to use the iPad and just wondered if anyone had a quick fix for clearing things up other than wiping the iPad.

 

Essentially Pupil profiles build up on the devices that there is no room to allow anyone else to log in.

 

Any tips or guidance would be great.

Whats the storage spec of the iPads and how many users are assigned to it?

They are the basic 32Gb ones and we get at least 8 kids sharing and even worse as keyworker kids are now using these.

The iPads are under spec'ed really for the number of users, this may not have been the case originally but there is just not enough room. A 32GB iPad with 5 users only has 2.8GB of space per user with 8GB of apps and media and 10GB System.
