Thanks for this, love looking at old maps and comparing them to how the area has developed. It is a shame it doesn't give a better idea of when the OS maps were from (unless I missed it) just some random period from 1937 and 61.

I was disappointed by that too. Perhaps a later update (if it comes) will change this.

I found (found again) an alternative which will go some way toward giving more granulation to the date:
