Jawloms Posted January 5, 2021 Posted January 5, 2021 Teams will not see the webcam in my HP G4 450 laptops. The really odd thing is that both the app or accessing via Chrome won't see it! Zoom sees the camera, so the camera works, and other things in Chrome can see the camera. Any ideas please? I've gone in to Settings -> Privacy -> Camera, and the camera is on. Should Teams appear under the "Choose which apps can access your camera"?
Max_Power Posted January 5, 2021 Posted January 5, 2021 Had this / similar issue on Surface Pro 7's recently. Uninstalling camera drivers and reinstalling resolved for us. 1

bald_pig Posted January 5, 2021 Posted January 5, 2021 Does the camera work on the camera app? Make sure that the camera switch hasn't been pressed.
