Popular Post ICTDirect_Dave Posted December 21, 2020 Popular Post Posted December 21, 2020 I've spent the last week putting together a big old powerpoint version of Richard Osman's House of Games to use with the family over christmas. Seems to me that some of you lot might also be able to make good use of it. Should anyone fancy, they can download it here: http://www.ict-direct.co.uk/media/edugeek/ChristmasHouseofGames.pptx Enjoy! 10
VeryPC_Nicole Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 I love this! I'll be stealing some of these for my family Christmas Quiz 1
ICTDirect_Dave Posted December 21, 2020 Author Posted December 21, 2020 I've done this for my family too. There's a whole round I've cut out where the answers to the questions are all formed from different player's names. I didn't think that would mean quite so much to the rest of you! 2
6Foot2 Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 Thanks. I have forwarded this to my group of friends and former colleagues who pester me for request rebuses each year. While crediting you! 1
ICTDirect_Dave Posted December 21, 2020 Author Posted December 21, 2020 While crediting you! Does this mean the school will latch on to me for next year's quiz? If so, take the credit yourself
6Foot2 Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 Does this mean the school will latch on to me for next year's quiz? If so, take the credit yourself You're safe enough. I didn't name you and they don't know my name here. I just said it was a fellow member of the forums. 1
ICTDirect_Dave Posted October 26, 2021 Author Posted October 26, 2021 Thanks If I find the time, I'll do another one for this christmas. 1
ICTDirect_Dave Posted December 21, 2021 Author Posted December 21, 2021 It's Christmas treat time once again! Here's the second edition for you all http://www.ict-direct.co.uk/media/edugeek/ChristmasHouseofGamesV2.pptx 3
ICTDirect_Dave Posted December 22, 2021 Author Posted December 22, 2021 There's a new version on the link above. I've corrected some punctuation and added one more question to the "Size Matters" round. 1
Hooperjaws Posted December 22, 2022 Posted December 22, 2022 Any chance of another one of these this year Dave? They are AMAZING!
ICTDirect_Dave Posted December 30, 2022 Author Posted December 30, 2022 Any chance of another one of these this year Dave? They are AMAZING! Not this year, sorry. I took a break. Having a six-month old leaves very little time for quizmaking or indeed christmas day quizzing! I'll definitely do one for christmas 2023 though. Make a note in your diaries, only 11 months and two weeks (ish) to go...
Hooperjaws Posted December 31, 2022 Posted December 31, 2022 Look forward to it! We do lots of family quizzes around Christmas time but your HoG one is probably the fave! 1
EstherAB Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 Hi Dave, thanks for sharing your quiz - I would love to use it this year with my family but I think the link has broken? Any chance of a copy of the previous quizzes? It would be much appreciated Thanks!
harrys3 Posted December 23, 2023 Posted December 23, 2023 This link doesn't seem to work anymore is there an updated version?
BenMc89 Posted November 14, 2025 Posted November 14, 2025 Hello, I previously used these quizzes to host a Christmas quiz at work (I used some of the questions already included, and added some of my own). I have since changed jobs and forgot to email the template to myself, so no longer have access - especially since the links appear to be broken 🙁 If anyone has a copy of the quizzes or template, please could you send me it? Thanks, Ben
