You then have a cat-in-hell's chance of ending up with something which people will like

 

e.g. Veyon seems great - free and works OK - and complies with the description of classroom management.

In my last school it was fine - but when I was a full time teacher in a big secondary school we needed something more sophisticated

 

Extra features can include

white lists and black lists for web sites

full integration into AD

logging of all site visited

Q&A integrated into the system

automated making of tea and delivering biscuits - well - not really but the more you pay the more facilities you can get

 

but find out what they mean by classroom management first would be my advise
