Yes, I thought it was us initially as some people can access it fine, though the "500 error" always suggests server-side which was my initial suspicion. Quite a big problem when google drive, classroom and youtube are practically the backbone of our teaching!

Well, its all coming back up now but working remotely that was fun.

My mobile went into a slight meltdown which was eased by "It's not our connectivity, it's global, worldwide, all services and there is nothing we can do"

 

Amazingly that placated them. :D
