Microsoft teams live stream issue

Some teachers are having issues when trying to present powerpoints on Microsoft teams live events, getting the error message " Live event error: Failed to execute send live command. "

 

I have restarted the laptops, logged in and out of teams and reisntalled teams but the problem persists. Any advice?

Are they using the Teams app? I found some of our staff were having trouble but were fine when they used the app.
