[SIMS] Unable to delete result via View/Edit Result History

Hi

 

Haven't come across this before. We have student in Y10 who took Art in Y9 and was assigned a GCSE target grade. He changed subject and no longer takes Art. His target grade was removed using View/Edit Result History. I'm running some Individual reports and a line keeps pulling through for this student with his Art target grade on. When I go to a template that contains his targets, the cell for his Art target is empty but when I click on the cell the target grade is still there but is greyed out and I can't remove it as normal.

 

Any help would be gratefully received.

Hi Tony. Make a note of the aspect name and results set, and then try this routine:

Tools

Performance

Assessment

System Utilities

Results

Delete a selection of results

Sorted.

 

When I went through your process I realised that the grade was in the wrong result set. Once I realised that I was able to sort the problem.
