Mosyle and EXA connection Head Scratcher

We have a around 40 ipads that are managed through Mosyle

 

All setup fine but I do have issues pushing apps out

 

I know the system is working as i have an unfiltered wifi connection to test with

 

My issue is when on the unfiltered connection apps push out no problem but on our filtered connection apps will not push out

 

i have whitelisted at the firewall everything Mosyle said and all of apples ip range

 

but i can not find what the issue is

 

if anyone on exe has mosyle running on filtered connection would you mind sharing your settings or whitelist of ips urls

 

support have tried to help but cant get to the bottom of it it is driving me mad as i have to switch the ipads to unfiltered to push out anything (very time consuming)

One of my schools is on Exa and using Mosyle. Didn't need to whitelist anything, but did need to add the HTTPS Interception Certificate to the devices.

we do have the ssl installed as part of the rollout its just the apps that wont push on filtered connection.

 

how can i find out what is blocking it

Hi I have Mosyle and am on EXA the only thing i can see i did was add.mosyle.com in allowed ip addresses and we dont have any issues, but it was a while ago when I set everything up so may have forgotten something.

tried everything apart from ports now, might have to ditch mosyle and try an alternative

 

why is this so hard
