Microsoft Stream

I have not really used Microsoft Stream yet so still need to have a play around with it. Just wondering if anyone knows though, can you stop students from downloading videos that staff upload. So when a teacher records a live lesson and uploads it to stream we just want the students to be able to view it but not be able to download it.

I thought MS had changed it so that the recorded meeting posted to the channel now and not into stream as it did before. We use the game bar to record so don't really use Stream but i'm sure I saw an O365 message for the change
