Bitlocker recovery page not displaying

Hello, The bursar has locked herself out of her laptop and is trying to access Bitlocker recovery page by hitting esc key, but it takes her to a different page with options to boot into Windows etc. Obviously clicking boot windows just takes her in a loop back to Bitlocker page.

 

FYI we use a pin number to access the laptops.

 

Any thoughts how I can get to the recovery page?

UPDATE: When she presses the esc key to enter the recovery page she does see another page flash up.

 

I have asked to to try a few times, just in case she was double pressing the escape key, but still the same issue.

After you enter the PIN wrong a few times, it should automatically come up with the recovery page. That's what happens here. Running W10 Education 1903.
