Suitable Web Cam for larger area?

Hi there,

My head is wanting to conduct governor meetings in larger rooms such as the ICT suite where staff can be in the same place but spaced out more and looking at the big interactive screen.

 

Can anyone recommend some good quality web cams for such a job? Would need to be ones which can pick up the audio of a larger area.

Thanks. Really helpful. I have got a rough price on one and sent to the head. I have also suggested maybe we go for something like the Logitech Biro 4k. I have one of these and it seems really impressive. They are quite a lot at the moment as everyone must be buying them. But will see what the head thinks. Thanks again.

We use on of these and it is great with Teams, Skype and Zoom, audio pickup and sound quality is fine in our conference room which is about the same size of a small classroom

I bought a load of these, very happy with the coverage. Sound was ok for one or two people, anything more use a conference device such as this

+1 for Logitech kit. It's expensive compared to other solutions but I've had fantastic feedback from Senior Leadership/Governors for it's value during lockdown. I installed a Logitech Meetup in a smaller conference room and the Rally Plus (https://www.logitech.com/en-gb/product/rally-ultra-hd-conferencecam) in a larger room, with additional mics. Even users with minimal technical ability (the ones that seems to break everything/have no luck) managed to use it. We also received a lot of positive feedback from external attendees who were extremely impressed with the quality.
