PC recognizes interactive screen as wifi dongle

Hi,

 

I came across strange issue. Windows 10 PC does not recognize interactive board. When I plug board usb touch in, PC shows wifi dongle instead. Touch function on the board drops on and off. I had this happen on different PC when I plug in a camera in as well.

 

Has anyone come across this before?
