SimonL Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Morning all, I work for an IT support company that provides support to a number of schools in Essex and Suffolk. I have been asked whether it is possible to "verbally annotate" or "voice over" Powerpoint presentations. I did wonder whether using Zoom to create a lesson incorporating audio and Powerpoint might be a reasonable approach. Anyone got any suggestions for a good way of doing this ? (Zoom based, or otherwise) Thanks in advance.

gtg93 Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 (edited) It's possible in PowerPoint - simply go to Slide Show > Record Slide Show and you can go through your PowerPoint and add narration/video to it (one, the other or both) from your mic/webcam. edit - It's also worth noting the "present online" option under slideshow if you're for some reason wanting to do the presentation live. However if it was live I'd probably be using Teams personally and sharing a screen running the presentation. Edited September 30, 2020 by gtg93
