JFSR Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 (edited) We recently had to completely rebuild our controller configuration from the ground up. Since then clients take unusually long to connect to our single SSID. While observing an Android phone attempting to connect, it will try 4-8 times before either displaying "Problem authenticating", or starting over. Sometimes the devices connect first attempt... no pattern. checked the Event Log on the MC4200 and find hundreds of entries

User 802.1x Authentication Failure Major Access point SD-ST-20-BISD-f0:27:65:fb:8f:03 09/29/2020 09:14:59 Access Request rejected for Calling Station ID: , Authentication Type: <802.1X>, Reason:

AP320's Profile: WPA2/PSK AES, captive portal disabled 8 campuses on their own VLAN/ESS profiles Virtual Port Edited September 29, 2020 by JFSR
