Weirdness

I've had this ongoing for months and now have the opportunity to actually sit and look at it. I have a couple of members of staff who get an unauthorised message if you type in the URL for the booking system, and the link to it doesn't appear on HAP for them. They are in the same groups in AD as everyone else who it does work for. If they go to "My Files" then they get no network drives listed. I have even tried changing the "Show To" in the HAP Config to other groups that they are in and it still doesn't work. Any ideas please? It is completely baffling me!
