Firefly, WONDE and Bromcom

Are there any schools out there running Firefly linked to Bromcom via the third party provider WONDE?

 

Be good to see if you're having the same issue we are!

 

1) Year 7 and new Year 12 students to the school, do not have any parent information showing in Firefly. Parents with a student in Year 7 or new Year 12 parents do not have their child appearing on their parent account.

 

2) Classes are not showing in the planner. Only subject and rooming information is being shown.

 

3) The attendance information (bar graph) on a student profile is no longer showing. No changes have been made by us to the plug-in.

 

4) Group profiles have changed so that year groups are now known by a single number and for a group to appear as an options when you send a message you need to be able to type in a few characters. E.g Year 9 students were in a group called 'Year 9' they are known labelled as '9' and therefore can't be sent a year group message easily from the dashboard.
