[sims] Changed times of Periods in NT6 - no timetable appearing in Sims.net

HI, I hope someone can help me - I've read all I can on this and seem to have followed correctly but something isnt right.

 

We want to change the times of each period in our school day - same number of period and order just reducing reg by 10mins first thing and adding 5mins to P4 and 5.

 

We thought wed done this over the summer - but when we saw the new timetable the times hadnt changed. We have a full backup if required.

 

Now I've got a new cycle in NT6 and defined the times and the full timetable is shceduled as I want

 

I've completed DATA-Export timetable cycle to SQL and this has run - to start tomorrow 13/9/2020

I've applied the timetable in Sims.net and chosen the new cycle - which Sims can see and chosen to apply from 13/9/2020

 

I thought all had gone correctly however my timeline doesnt display my timetable after 11/9/2020, cover doesnt display any periods, but when I search for timetables on 14/9/2020 and each staff memebers is correct.

 

It seems as thought the timetable hasnt applied - but I've tried again and it doesnt change.

 

Can anyone help?

Have you configured Lesson Monitor for your new cycle to tell it what is AM and what is PM? Don't know whether it would have this impact, but it does need to be updated when you change your cycle.
