Anyone seen this splash screen?

So one of our users rang up in a bit of a panic saying a warning had appeared on their screen and when we went to view it this was displayed

 

 

 

Apparently the application responsible was 'FSBlockWindow' but I can't work out what the heck it is? Has anyone seen this before? The user was just copying a zoom meeting link into an email, nothing exciting.

This seems like a virus of some sort, also I Googled it and came up with exactly 0 results which is super odd. Usually there's always a couple of unrelated stuff at the bottom but googling FSBlockWindow comes up with nada.

 

I'd run an antivirus scan on the machine just to be sure.

To me it looks more like someone has written their own shonkey screen locking program.

Virus scan showed nothing but I admit it does look like a shonky lock screen program! The complete lack of google results also was really odd!
