SMART Unable to Export to Powerpoint

Since upgrading to 1909 we have been unable to export SMART Notebook files to powerpoint. I receive a message saying 'Visual Basic for Applications' needs to be installed. After searching high & low I can't find a version of VBA that allows me to do this. Does anybody know a workaround for this?

We have this issue with smart notebook 11.4

 

Notebook is looking for office 2010 vba and we have installed office 2016 so the only option was to install smart notebook 17.1

 

VBA comes as a feature within your office installation and is not a separate product.

We also came across issues where some notebook files would not convert because they had embedded files in them that were not compatible with PowerPoint.

 

So watch out for this also
