Is anyone else having problems with logging into EduLink this morning? I'm getting a lot of tickets and when I try and log in after entering my details nothing happens.

Thanks so much for this email.

 

I have just logged on to check emails in preparation for tomorrow morning.

 

It looks as though there was a temporary issue on Saturday with one of our servers. I can't confirm that until tomorrow but I suspect that is what it was.

 

All looks ok now and I can see that users have logged in ok.

Not sure about it only being on Saturday but after killing the app on my phone and doing a couple browser refreshes on my laptop I am in again.

Yeah we are back on as well now. Just got to clear up all the tickets from staff and students now.
