I only use ergonomic keyboards, over the years it has really helped my wrists. They are getting harder to find though, currently using this one

Home it's a Corsair K70 with MX Browns, and a Logitech G502 Hero which was a replacement for a Corsair Glaive which despite a "manufacturer repair" still had a stupid double click issue.

 

Work its a standard Dell keyboard and an old Logitech mouse, kit I really don't miss!
