Google Classroom - early syncing of classes

Hi

 

We use SIMS and Google Classroom. At the start of each academic year I would like to be able to set up the classrooms on Inset days - i.e. prior to the timetable becoming live.

 

Is there a way in which this is possible, i.e. to get classroom to look forward two days and pull down the new classes. (in the same way you can set an effective date in SIMS).

I may be wrong but I do not believe there is. What are you using to pull data out of SIMS?

The system we use pulls reports from Sims via command reporter. I just edit the underlying Sims report to use a future date, as a one off, to sync next year's classrooms.
