Updating to 1909 after 2004 release

Hi getting all our computers up to 1909 feature update as they are all currently on 1903 and had not updated them to 1909 before lockdown so must do it now. I am only getting the option on the update menu to update to 2004 so is there any way to get a download to update them to 1909 without wiping them all and using a 1909 image?

Set up http://www.edugeek.net/forums/windows-10/207846-update-compliance.html and set WUfB GPO to delay updating for x days, where x means 1909 is allowed but 2004 isn't.
