Relay Rocket & Keyword Blocking (Regex)

So, I am playing around with Relay Rocket and have a huge blocked keywords list (around 3000). The CSV import only allows 500 items but apparently the Regex option allows for more than 500 to be added to the list.

 

To cover all bases I would prefer to maintain the keywords list as is. Having spoken to the support team, they direct me to the following 2 sites, Regex Cheat Sheet & https://www.regular-expressions.info/ through their community support page.

 

My technical knowledge can't make much sense of this so I have come here for some help. Does anyone have any experience of this?
