This has helped a few people out last year:

 

Turn UAC on, reboot, turn UAC off, reboot and was able to print.

 

Also your printers drivers may have to conform to the new v4 print architecture standards. Therefore replace all v3 drivers on the PC client or the printer server and see how you go.
