Error making new image

I'm testing a new image I made using Win 10 1909 and deployed with MDT. After adding to the domain and logging on with a student account I get a UAC prompt about adding optional features. I do not get this when logging on as admin.

 

Why am I getting this and how would I fix it please? The image was made on a VM and testing on a VM.

Yes you were correct and it appears to catch a lot of us out when building new images.

First of all I rolled back the VM then downloaded the language pack ISO 'SW_DVD9_NTRL_Win_10_1903_64Bit_MultiLang_FOD_1_X22-01658.ISO' and copied the gb packs to a folder.

 

In the VM I added the language pack using DISM using this command

DISM /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:X:\Tools\Win10\LanguagePack\

 

The language packs I added were all the gb ones. I don't know if I needed all or just some but added them all anyway.

In the VM I set the language correctly, ran sysprep and captured the image again. Deployed using MDT and it works as it should.
