[sims] Intouch maximum message size 4MB? - can't send pdf

I have gone to send Intouch email messages to year 12 parents. When I attach a pretty regular pdf I want to send, t states total message size is too big. Maximum Message sie is 4MB. What can I do ./ is this normal? What's the point in Intouch if I can't attach letters?

 

 

EDIT - ignore - it was an information message not a message telling me I was too large. Must note KB / MB notation!!

Not specifically to InTouch but other software like it have the same issue normally, we ended up just hosting the newsletters (whether on 365/GDrive/website etc) and then adding a link to the email

I'm guessing that isn't the PDF you actually want to send, as its way, way smaller than 4MB?

 

How big is the PDF you want to send if its 4MB? That's a pretty huge letter.
