Hi,

 

We have very strange issue with one of the pupils on Teams. Our teachers share powerpoints during the teams lessons. There are two children in the household using the same tablet (android). One of the children has got an issue during the lesson, they are unable to see text on the shared powerpoint. Pictures are fine just text. See photo.

 

Has any of you seen this before?

When you say the same tablet, do you mean two tablets the same model, or two students using one tablet at different times?

 

If it's two students different times, I'd suggest focusing on the teachers powerpoints and what fonts etc they're using within them.

 

If it's two tablets of the same model, check things like update/version of Android and Teams apps

Hi,

 

I was thinking it may be font issue. My understanding at the moment is same tablet used at different time. In group of 12 kids 2 have this problem (in different households).
