[sims] Parent App Lite (submitting info changes) but for Staff Records?

We (Trust) have 4 MIS (2 SIMS, 2 Integris) plus various finance systems that lag behind the sources of truth (MIS) when it comes to staff records.

 

Has anyone found a product similar to SIMS Parent App that allows staff to login and submit changes to their personal details (address, phone, email, car registration, next-of-kin etc) for review by HR?

Perhaps a simpler question:

 

How is your MAT ensuring the personal data of staff is being updated in a timely manner in school MIS and trust-wide systems (payroll etc) without creating an undue burden on admin or finance staff?
