I'm leaving my school in early August to pursue a different direction, so my job is now being advertised.

 

Interesting opportunity for full-time NM in a large Primary school. This is not your 'typical' primary school and this will be a great post for the right person.

Vale School Governors are seeking to appoint an IT Manager to join our hardworking and dedicated staff with immediate effect. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and supportive team in a large primary school.

 

We wish to recruit an individual with strong all round knowledge of all aspects of IT who is forward thinking and innovative and who will be able to:

- Maintain and enhance systems in use by the school, implementing new approaches where necessary.

- Develop and support effective use of cloud systems particularly Google G suite.

- Advise on/source new equipment and software.

- Understand the impact of an effective IT platform on teaching and learning outcomes.

 

The post is for 35/37 hours per week, working a minimum of 46 weeks up to 52 weeks per year - hours and weeks negotiable. The annual salary will be West Sussex Grade 7/8 (£22,462 - £27,905 per annum) pro rata.
